The Partnership Brokers Association is supported and governed by a Board which is international and cross-sectoral in its experience. Board members are alumni of the Partnership Brokers Training, and have specific focus areas including:
For its first year of independence, the PBA Board will be interim – supporting and guiding the organisation to build its foundation for a sustainable future.
In addition to the Board there are 2 committees and an Advisory Board. The committees (Development Committee and Standards Committee) are content-focused and aim to ensure the PBA is delivering relevant, fresh, quality work. The Advisory Board carries a specific function of connecting the Board to regional practice and experience, and connecting with alumni through regional networks.
