PBA’s mission is to transform the field of partnering practice. To do this, we believe that it is vitally important that we scale-up three critical elements of our work
- Learning – to increase knowledge and understanding about what it takes to partner effectively. This includes conducting research, generating new approaches and pushing the boundaries that inhibit change.
- Training – to extend access to PBA courses and professional development opportunities, by offering bursaries to individuals living and working in contexts with limited resources.
- Hosting a global network – to help the emergence of national and regional groupings of partnership practitioners. They are better able to co-create responses to the needs in their contexts and to learn from, and support, one another.
We believe that it is vitally important that we scale-up all three of these elements of our work in order to achieve our vision and goals:
We have a Bursaries Fund to extend global access to PBA training and professional development, building up the skills that underpin and sustain collaboration. You can contribute HERE (green button)
To support our work to increase knowledge and understanding about what it takes to partner effectively, and to identify new initiatives and research that can push the boundaries that inhibit change, please contribute here (Green button, into PBA core)
With your support, we can extend the reach of partnership brokering practices further and faster, to individuals/organisations/communities that do not currently have the means to access this knowledge and experience. We would be delighted to have you partner with us in this quest.
How else to contribute
If you have ideas, suggestions, questions or even just vague thoughts that something might be worth thinking about more, then please do get in touch with us. We really do appreciate connecting with partnership practitioners across the world, to enrich understanding and strengthen partnering practice. We would be pleased to explore with you, and co-create new pathways of learning and insight. Please do CONACT US (green button connected to info@partnershipbrokers.org)
