Partnership Brokers Training
This globally renowned course offers a unique focus on managing the partnering process. Participants are awarded a certificate and invited to join the professional alumni. Course graduates can progress to the Accreditation pathway and/or the Advanced programme.
Short modules PBA offers three distinct sequenced modules that, if successfully completed add up to our certificated Partnership Brokers Training and allow participants to proceed on the accreditation pathway to become accredited Partnership Brokers. These modules are: Foundations, Skills in Practice and Self and Systems, and can be done in-person or online.
Advanced Practice for Partnership Brokering
It is a hybrid course, run over 2 online sessions and 4 in-person days. The course is designed to build further confidence and competence in managing collaborations through a range of partnership brokering interventions.
Accreditation Our Accreditation Programme is a unique professional qualification for those on the partnering front line. It offers a rigorous and personalized pathway to individuals whether they are working within a partner organization or as an independent specialist. It is designed to help you to: build competence and confidence; deepen insights and skills as well as exploring how frameworks and approaches can be adapted to different contexts.
Masterclasses
These short online courses offer deeper dives into specific areas of collaboration. They provide advanced-level guidance, ideas, and practice-based emergent thinking on various aspects of partnership brokering..

Our training philosophy
We have an international training team that enables us to put together co-training pairs with complementary attributes and from different backgrounds and experiences. We encourage our trainers to challenge each other and to welcome challenges from course participants so that our materials evolve as new experiences and information become available.
Our trainers operate as part of a Trainers Community of Practice that meets regularly to: share experiences of the trainings they have delivered; refresh both the training materials and their own practice as well as to build a sense of community that underpins the training work and provides critical friendship and on-going support.

Commissioned training
We have made our Partnership Brokers Training (in-person – 4 days, or online – 10 sessions) as well as the 3 Modules available as an internal training course commissioned by organisations for their own staff (and their partners). Alternatively, we also offer tailored shorter courses that provide an introduction to partnership process management / partnership brokering..
In these cases, we work closely with the commissioning organisation to create a course that is specific to their needs. To learn more please contact lola@partnershipbrokers.org or info@partnershipbrokers.org
