Build your partnership brokering skills

The course is offered as 4-days in-person, or 10-sessions online, or a hybrid combination. It is run in the form of ‘public/open’ or ‘commissioned/closed’ cohorts.

With a track record of over 4,500 graduates coming from all sectors and more than 120 countries, the reach and impact of our training is already quite significant.

What PBT participants have valued

“The training has prompted me to become more comfortable being brave and courageous in asking ‘difficult’ questions and actively addressing partnership challenges or concerns.”

“I feel energised and hopeful of applying my learnings and using the framework, tools and ideas to help me broker healthy, functioning partnerships.”

“It has helped me to think more objectively about planning and the processes for navigating the challenges of brokering partnerships.”

“I was exposed to a lot of tools, frameworks and discussion that was always contextualised. The role plays were both fun and challenging. The trainer’s real life experience was so rich and very diverse. I especially appreciated the weaving of principle-role modelling and reflective practice through micro moment learning opportunities. I also appreciated the experience of other learners and the sincerity and respect with which everyone leaned into the content.”
