Why a network?
- We face multiple, complex and urgent global challenges.
- We need to transform the behaviours, attitudes and systems that reinforce these challenges.
- This can only be achieved by people of courage, operating in all contexts and cultures, intentionally explore and strengthen the practice of power-with collaboration and authentic co-creation.
- Each context is unique, complex and dynamic; the solutions are rarely simple or fast
- Addressing power is challenging for individuals and systems, touching the core of our identity and relationships.
- The Individuals who bravely navigate these collaborative journeys need support, encouragement and skill.
- This network will help to provide this support at scale, and further progress towards a fairer world for all.
As members, we commit to the Network Charter and will:

PBA as host
PBA’s practice-based research over 25 years offers an overarching framing of the professional discipline of designing and managing principled partnering processes, throughout the partnering lifecycle.
All of us doing this work (Partnership Brokers, Partnership Facilitators, Navigators, Guides, Bridge-builders etc.) draw on a large and dynamic range of methodologies, collaboration approaches and tools.
PBA is hosting this network to enable accessible peer learning and exchange of these approaches regardless of language or location. We have created a digital communication platform to increase the network’s scale reach and impact. The intention is to catalyse vibrant connections and professional development for all.
